The company was founded in 1995, with the workshop area of 50000 square meters. There are total 350 employees. The technical people are 1/3 of the total staff. JELPC had introduced technical and management specialist from Germany, Japan, Taiwan and other countries.

There is modern office area and 40000 square meters of manufacturing shop in the company.
